Job Description

Hospitality Manager (Luxury Care Homes)    

Romford, Essex

£45,000 - £50,000 + 25% Bonus

     

Remit -    

Compass Associates are proud to be working with a leading luxury care home provider who are seeking to appoint a Hospitality Manager for their state-of-the-art care home near Romford. In this role you will ensure the that the Home is delivering exceptional standards for all residents. The successful candidate will have 6 direct reports inclusive of housekeeping, maintenance, catering and activities. You will also be required to obtain resident and relative feedback and deal with any issues that arise within the Home in a fast and efficient manner.

     

The Candidate -    

This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding organisation that are at the forefront of the social care sector, delivering a very unique offering. You will be required to have previous experience working in a hospitality capacity either within luxury care homes or within the hospitality of leisure sector. This role requires someone who has an excellent attention to detail, is a good communicator and someone who can lead a team of department heads ensuring the Home runs smoothly.

       

Requirements -    

~ Previous experience within a Hospitality role for a premium brand

~ Driven, passionate and empathetic individual who can communicate in various levels

~ Flexibility to go above and beyond ensuring resident and relative satisfaction

~ Knowledge of COSHH & Health and safety legislation

     

Location -    

This role is based near Romford and is commutable from a variety of locations including Basildon, Southend-on-Sea, Canvey Island, Ilford and Chelmsford.

     

Interview Process -    

The interview process will be in a one stage format.    

     

Stage One - Formal interview / Presentation with the General Manager & Regional Manager      

     

Summary -    

Compass Associates are looking to recruit for a highly experience Hospitality Manager for their large state-of-the-art home based near Romford. The successful candidate will need previous experience within a premium brand, excellent communication skills and ability to manager various managers within the home in exchange my client is offering up to £50,000 + 25% bonus
