The post holder will be involved in providing a high quality service, assisting people with varying care needs to live as independently as possible within the community by retaining or regaining their independence. Providing personal care, moving &amp; handling ,meal preparation and household tasks and will also respond to calls for assistance in emergency situations. The post holder will also be expected to work alongside other professionals, to work as part of a team and have good interpersonal and communication skills. This will involve working flexible and follow shift patterns which will include early mornings, afternoons, evening, overnight, weekends and bank holidays.
