What you will do

Foster Carer Assessments: Complete comprehensive assessments of prospective foster carers and prepare detailed, high-quality reports.

Care Planning: Contribute to care planning and placement support, ensuring that children's needs remain central to decision-making.
Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with social workers, education professionals, health services, and partner agencies to coordinate effective support.
Training and Development: Support foster carers through training and development activities to enhance skills and confidence.
Annual Reviews: Undertake foster carer reviews and ensure compliance with fostering regulations and standards.
Safeguarding: Identify and respond appropriately to safeguarding concerns, ensuring children remain safe and protected.
