Key Responsibilities:<ul> <li>Provide leadership and effective management for all staff employed in the home.</li> <li>Promote a caring environment that is delivered according to latest guidelines, best practice, legislative and regulatory requirements.</li> <li>Ensure the effective financial and commercial management of the home in accordance with company policy.</li> <li>Ensure that a high level of satisfaction with the service is achieved and maintained as well as maintaining excellent relationships with relatives, residents, purchasers and external agencies to build and maintain a positive reputation in the local community.</li> </ul>What We're Looking For:<ul> <li>2-3+ years Home Manager experience.</li> <li>Care of older people in a Residential and Dementia setting</li> <li>Ability to control and manage a budget and accounts.</li> <li>Knowledge of the Care Standards Act and Health and Safety Legislation</li> <li>Ability to raise standards through innovation and new ideas</li> </ul>Why Join Care UK?
