What you will do

• Safeguarding Enquiries: Undertake Section 42 enquiries in line with the Care Act 2014.
• Care Planning: Develop person-centred safeguarding plans that are proportionate and outcome-focused.
• Service User Engagement: Ensure individuals' voices, wishes, and desired outcomes are central to decisions.
• Multi-Agency Working: Collaborate with partners to deliver effective safeguarding responses.
• Case Management: Manage a complex caseload while maintaining high standards of practice.
• Mental Capacity: Conduct Mental Capacity Act assessments and contribute to Best Interest decisions.
• Quality Assurance: Participate in audits and contribute to service improvement initiatives.
