Job Opportunity: Registered Manager - Residential Care Home (50+ Beds) Location: Maccelsfield Salary: Competitive (dependent on experience) + performance bonusHours: Full-time, PermanentService Type: Residential care for older adultsAre you a passionate and experienced care professional ready to lead a high-quality residential service? We're seeking an ambitious Registered Manager to take the reins of our well-established 50+ bedded residential care home, dedicated to providing compassionate, person-centred care for older people.About the Role:As Registered Manager, you will have full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the home, ensuring excellence in care, compliance, and operational delivery.
You'll be supported by a dedicated and experienced team and a provider who is committed to continuous improvement and staff development.Key
and inspire a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high standards of person-centred care.Ensure full regulatory compliance with CQC and other governing bodies.Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing effectively.Drive quality improvements and promote a positive culture within the home.Build strong relationships with residents, families, staff, and external professionals.What We're Looking
experience as a Registered Manager or Deputy Manager in a similar-sized service.NVQ Level 5 in Leadership & Management in Health and Social Care (or working towards).Strong understanding of CQC standards and current ent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.A genuine passion for elderly care and commitment to quality.What We
