- ?? Join Our Compassionate Care Team - Female Support Worker Needed
(Must hold a full UK driving licence)
Location: Weston-super-Mare, Somerset
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Your Shifts- 2 Sleeping Nights per Week
10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (flexible days Monday-Sunday) - Optional Bank Hours
8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Monday-Sunday)
This lovely client has a pet cat-so if you're an animal lover (especially of the feline kind), you'll feel right at home.
Full UK driving licence required

What You'll Be Doing

- Providing emotional support and companionship
- Supporting individuals with mental health needs or challenging behaviours
- Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities
- Ensuring the client's comfort, dignity, and wellbeing
We're searching for individuals who are:- Compassionate, calm, and reliable
- Open to learning and growing in the role
- Flexible and responsive to changing needs
- Confident building relationships with clients and families
- Hold a full UK driving licence with business insurance
