Social Work Senior Practitioner in Assessment and Safeguarding - Darlington (UK) - £31.80 hourly . Full time, 37 hours per week . Ongoing. As a Social Work Senior Practitioner within the Assessment and Safeguarding service, you will be at the forefront of supporting children and their families right from the point of referral through to providing ongoing support. What you will do:

- Conduct comprehensive Child and Families Assessments

- Manage casework from referral through to CIN, CP, LAC, and care proceedings

- Liaise with multi-disciplinary teams and attend necessary court proceedings

- Provide expert advice and guidance to families and stakeholders

- Utilize reflective supervision to evaluate and improve casework
