What you will do:

- Manage a caseload of approximately 12-15 children and young people across care proceedings and long-term care such as fostering, kinship, SGO, and adoption.

- Conduct assessments and develop care plans in collaboration with children, families, and carers.

- Work closely with other professionals and agencies to ensure the best outcomes for children and young people.

- Attend court proceedings and provide necessary documentation and reports.

- Engage in regular supervision and team meetings to review cases and discuss best practices.

Requirements:

- Degree or equivalent qualification in social work.

- Current registration with Social Work England.

- Significant frontline experience within UK social services as a qualified social worker.
