What you will do:

* Conduct core social work assessments in line with the Care Act, including Mental Capacity Assessments and Best Interests decisions

* Engage in Community Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards, court work, and safeguarding assessments

* Work collaboratively within a team yet confidently manage tasks independently

* Handle a complex and varied caseload with professionalism and efficiency

* Utilize strong IT skills to maintain precise records and communicate effectively

* Ensure compliance with legal and policy frameworks to deliver the highest standards of social care
