Job Description
Healthcare Assistant (HCA)
Location: Bury St Edmunds
Hours: 36-42 hours per week (Days)
Salary: £12.21 per hour
About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Healthcare Assistant to join our team at a residential care home specialising in Nursing and Dementia care. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to our residents in a supportive and friendly environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assisting residents with daily living activities
Supporting nursing staff with care plans
Providing emotional support and companionship
Maintaining a safe and clean environment
Requirements:
Previous experience in residential or nursing care preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Commitment to delivering compassionate care
Ability to work flexibly within assigned shifts
