Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a team of five Family Workers delivering frontline CIN services.

Supervise and support workers through weekly case supervision , practice observation, and escalation of risks.

Provide quality assurance and oversight of assessments, care plans, and documentation.

Collaborate with Team Managers on case allocation , ensuring workloads are effectively balanced.

Champion best practice and professional standards within a locality-based, multi-agency context .

Promote positive engagement with families, community partners, and internal stakeholders.

What We're Looking For:

Qualified and registered Social Worker with substantial experience in Children In Need or safeguarding roles.

Proven capability in supervision, mentoring , or team leadership .

Strong knowledge of Children's Social Care legislation , CIN processes, and family-centred practice.

A commitment to driving innovation and quality in service delivery.
