What You Will Do:

Lead comprehensive pre-birth assessments and develop tailored care plans.

Produce high-quality court reports and documentation for panels and proceedings.

Drive multi-agency collaboration to ensure wrap-around support for families.

Support and implement plans for permanence , including adoption when appropriate.

Provide mentorship and guidance to less experienced staff and promote best practices.

Engage in ongoing CPD and contribute to a learning culture across the team.
