Pay Rate: From £13.00 per hour (to be confirmed based on experience)
Contract Type: Full-time (Day Shifts Only)
Setting: Residential & Nursing Care

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our day team in a residential and nursing care setting in Liverpool. This role involves leading by example, supporting junior care staff, and ensuring high standards of person-centred care for residents receiving:

• Residential Care

• Nursing Care

• Palliative / End-of-Life Care

You'll take an active role in care planning, medication support (if trained), and day-to-day care delivery.

• Assisting residents with all aspects of personal care

• Administering or assisting with medication (if trained)

• Monitoring and reporting changes in residents' wellbeing

• Accurate record keeping and communication with nurses and management

• NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (minimum requirement)

• NVQ Level 3 preferred or willingness to work towards it

• Previous experience in a senior or leadership care role

• Strong communication and organisational skills

• A caring, patient, and professional attitude

• Must be available for full-time day shifts

• Right to work in the UK

• From £13.00 per hour (exact rate to be confirmed based on experience)
