Senior Support Worker - Learning Disabilities / Physical Disabilities / Autism

Location: Farnborough
Hours: Full-Time (40 hours per week, day shifts only)
Salary: £13.50 per hour | Approx. £28,080 annually

We are currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Senior Support Worker to join our team in Farnborough. You will play a key role in supporting individuals with learning disabilities, physical disabilities, and autism, ensuring they receive person-centred care in a safe and supportive environment.

• Provide day-to-day leadership to the care team and act as a role model.

• Support service users in achieving their goals and promoting independence.

• Assist with care plans, risk assessments, and documentation in line with CQC standards.

• Administer medication and ensure health & safety procedures are followed.

• Foster a supportive environment and maintain strong communication with families, professionals, and stakeholders.

• NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or working towards it).

• Previous experience supporting individuals with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs.

• PMVA training or willingness to complete (desirable).

• Excellent communication and leadership skills.

• Compassionate, reliable, and committed to delivering high standards of care.
