- Establish, develop, and embed the Integrated Front Door as the single point of contact for safeguarding queries related to vulnerable children.

- Ensure prompt and efficient responses to all contacts and referrals, ensuring the service users' needs are swiftly identified.

- Make informed and timely operational decisions about contacts and referrals, ensuring information governance procedures are robustly adhered to.

- Allocate work effectively within the team and ensure that protocols for responding to inquiries are followed diligently.

- Collaborate effectively with internal and external partners to research inquiries promptly, assess risks, and make informed decisions on next steps.

- Cultivate a consensus-driven approach to case decision-making, with ultimate authority on individual case decisions.
