What you will do:
- Provide regular support and supervision to foster carers, ensuring they have the necessary resources and guidance to care effectively for children, prioritizing their well-being and development.
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of foster carers, including Form F assessments, and carry out annual reviews to ensure continued suitability and compliance with regulations.
- Identify training needs and facilitate access to relevant training opportunities for foster carers, fostering their growth and development.
- Collaborate closely with other professionals, including social workers, education staff, and healthcare providers, to ensure a holistic and unified approach to each child's care.
- Address all safeguarding concerns promptly and in accordance with statutory guidelines, maintaining a safe and secure environment for children.
