Social Work Team Manager within Adult Social Care in Truro UK, earning £41.61 hourly. Ongoing. Full-time.

What you will do:
* Lead and manage a team of approximately 12 staff members to deliver top-notch, person-centred, strength-based assessments.
* Ensure effective casework decisions that safeguard adults, promote their wellbeing, and enhance their quality of life.
* Collaborate with various agencies such as health, housing, and police to address safeguarding and self-neglect issues.
* Work closely with a Senior Manager to administer a statutory service for vulnerable adults, while fulfilling all legal and policy frameworks.
* Drive the vision and goals of a sustainable Adult Social Care service, meeting current and future demands.
As someone with a proven track record in safeguarding and experience in managing multi-agency interactions, you will thrive in this role by leveraging your strong leadership skills to address complex social care challenges.
