What you will do:

* Lead and motivate a team of dedicated social workers to ensure the highest standards in safeguarding children

* Oversee the decision-making process within the Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) to ensure the safety and well-being of children and families

* Collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams to provide comprehensive support and assessments

* Utilise your expert knowledge to guide and develop team processes and protocols

* Support the Strategic Manager in planning and implementing effective social care policies and practices
