Social Worker - Family Support Team
Location: Bedford, UK
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time
Salary: £52,476 - £55,693 per annum

Key Responsibilities
* Manage a complex caseload independently, supported by regular supervision.
* Conduct detailed assessments in line with statutory, legal, and procedural frameworks.
* Plan, implement, and review outcome-focused interventions that promote sustainable change.
* Produce clear, evidence-based reports and maintain accurate, confidential records.
* Engage effectively with children, families, carers, and partner agencies to deliver tailored support.
* Contribute to safeguarding practices, risk management, and family planning meetings.
* Promote and uphold equality, diversity, and human rights principles in practice.
Essential Requirements
* Qualified Social Worker with HCPC/Social Work England registration .
* Completion of an accredited social work programme.
* In-depth knowledge of children's social care legislation, safeguarding protocols, and family support practices.
* Proven ability to manage complex workloads and deliver quality interventions.
* Excellent communication and collaborative working skills.
* Commitment to continuous professional development and reflective practice.
