Job Description
Job Title: Days Healthcare Assistant (Female)
Location: Balcombe, West Sussex
Hours: 36 hours/week (day)
Pay: £12.45/hr (weekdays), £13.00/hr (weekends)
About the Role:
We're looking for a compassionate and experienced HCA to join a residential and dementia care home in Balcombe. The role involves delivering personal care, supporting residents with daily needs, administering medication, and working closely with the care team to maintain high-quality care standards.
Requirements:
Experience in residential or nursing care
Medication trained
NVQ Level 2 or 3 preferred
Available for night shifts
Must have the right to work in the UK
