What You Will Do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments and reviews of foster carers to ensure high standards of care.

Provide guidance and support to foster families, helping them navigate challenges and celebrate successes.

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to create holistic care plans focused on the wellbeing of children.

Liaise with local authorities, schools, and health professionals to offer comprehensive support to fostered children.

Maintain detailed records and reports to ensure compliance with local authority policies and procedures.

Requirements:

A minimum of 5 years as a qualified Children's Social Worker .

At least 2 years of experience working in a Local Authority Fostering Service or Independent Fostering Agency .
