• We are currently looking for Full time and Part time support workers.
• Experience is not required as full training is provided. You just need to bring the willingness and passion in promoting independence and providing person-centered support.
• Conduct yourself in a positive and proactive manner.
• Have an encouraging approach with safeguarding at the forefront of everything you do.
• This is an exciting, rewarding and varied role which will include providing support with household tasks, shopping, accessing the community, participating in leisure and social activities, administering medication and providing personal care as well as many other things.
• Support Workers will be required to provide support to adults with varying disabilities to enable them to live independently in their own homes.
• A full driving license is desired but not essential.
• £12.21 per hour and 28 days annual leave a year.
• Mileage paid at 45p per mile (while on shift)
• Flexible hours to suit your lifestyle
• Any offer of employment will be subject to an Enhanced DBS Disclosure; costs of which will be met by the employer.
