The expectation is to be in the office every day during your team's duty week, which occurs once every three weeks. This ongoing role allows you to utilise your expertise to truly make a difference.

What you will do:

Conduct comprehensive assessments for children and families to identify their strengths and needs

Develop care plans in partnership with service users and ensure these plans are regularly reviewed

Work collaboratively with other professionals and agencies to ensure services meet the needs of children and families

Provide advice, support, and intervention to promote the welfare of children and families

Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with departmental procedures
