Senior Residential Support Workr

Velox Social Care are looking for dedicated Senior Support Workers within the Croydon area to provide quality, person-centred care to CYP (Children and Young people) who require structured care and support within a residential environment.

We are committed to finding individuals who want to make a real difference to children’s lives - people that are passionate, committed and invest in all that they do to achieve their potential and support others to do so.

You will be supporting young people to progress positively through receiving encouragement, understanding, care and patience. You will be required to record daily logs and liaise with colleagues, our dedicated Care Management Team and outside agencies.

We have ongoing block bookings here with the opportunity to take on a permanent role within the team in due course.

In order to be considered for this role you must meet the following criteria:

• Right to Work in the UK

• 2 Years UK experience of working within a similar CYP setting

• Enhanced Child DBS, subscribed to the update service (or willing to get one)

• Relevant Qualifications (Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care) or willing to work towards one

As a CYP Senior Support Worker working with Velox Social Care, you will have your own dedicated Consultant to guide you through every aspect of the compliance and shift booking process.
