Social Work Assistant Team Manager - Children In Care Team in Bournemouth, UK, earning £49 per hour. This locum position is an exciting opportunity to work full time over a period of three months to make a significant impact on young lives. We are seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner/Assistant Team Manager to join the Children in Care Team and provide management support to the Team Manager. This role involves supervising Social Workers and managing a reduced caseload of complex young people while offering the flexibility to work 2-3 days per week in the office at BCP Civic, depending on service needs.
