What you will do:

- Promote independence by enabling individuals to manage risks and enhance their capability to prevent harm.

- Utilise a person-centred approach to work in partnership with clients and carers, aiming to maximise independence, wellbeing, and choice.

- Apply social work principles and values consistently to guide your professional practice with respect for Equality, Diversity, and Inclusion.

- Gain expertise in the London Multi-Agency Adult Safeguarding Policy and work within these procedures to protect adults.

- Develop skills in conducting Section 42 enquiries under the supervision of the Safeguarding Adults Manager.

- Assume accountability for maintaining continuous professional development in line with Social Work England requirements.
