Are you passionate about elderly care, dementia support, and making a real difference through engaging and meaningful activities? Our small, friendly residential care home in High Wycombe is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Activities Coordinator to lead a vibrant program that enhances the wellbeing of our residents.

This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who loves working in a care home setting, bringing energy, compassion, and ideas to improve the quality of life for older people.

  • Work closely with the care team, families, and local community to arrange events and visits

  • Encourage residents to maintain independence, build confidence, and enjoy a fulfilling daily routine

What We're Looking For:

  • A warm, creative, and energetic personality with a passion for working with older adults

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Experience in a care home, dementia care, or activity-based role (desirable)

  • Ability to plan and adapt person-centred activities

  • Well-organised, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and within a team
