What you will do:

* Conduct comprehensive assessments of adults at risk, implementing appropriate safeguarding measures

* Develop and maintain strong partnerships with multidisciplinary teams and external agencies

* Monitor and evaluate safeguarding interventions, ensuring all activities comply with statutory guidelines

* Prepare detailed reports and documentation for court proceedings and internal reviews
