Location: Weston-super-Mare, Somerset
Salary: £12.21 per hour
Working Hours:- 2 Sleeping Night Shifts per Week: 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
- Bank Hours Available: 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM (Monday to Sunday)
Also This client has a pet cat-so a love for animals, especially cats, is essential.

Whether you're an experienced carer or new to the field, we'll equip you with everything you need to succeed through full training, ongoing development, and support from a compassionate team.
Your Role
Every individual we support is unique-and so is the care we provide. As part of your role, you may:- Assist clients with personal care and daily routines
- Support individuals with mental health challenges or behaviours that may be considered challenging
- Escort clients to appointments and outings
- Ensure client safety, comfort, and overall well-being
- Offer emotional support and companionship
What We're Looking For
We're looking for compassionate individuals who are:- Patient, empathetic, and caring
- Experienced (or confident to be trained) in supporting individuals with mental health needs and challenging behaviours
- Flexible and responsive to individual client needs
- Able to build positive relationships with clients and families
- Hold a full UK driving licence with business insurance (essential)
