Job Description

Supported Living Registered Manager (Clinical Lead)
Salary: Up to £60,000 depending on experience + bonus
Hours: Monday to Friday
Location: Colchester



About the Role

Are you a clinically qualified, passionate leader with expertise in supporting individuals with Learning Disabilities (LD), Autism, and Mental Health needs?

We are seeking a Registered Manager (Clinical Lead) with an active RNLD or RMN qualification to join an award-winning company in Colchester. This is a unique opportunity to lead supported living services for individuals with complex needs, including those transitioning from secure environments into the community.



Key Responsibilities

  • Provide strong clinical and operational leadership across supported living service

  • Develop and oversee personalised transition plans from secure settings to supported living

  • Maintain compliance with CQC and all statutory/regulatory standards

  • Lead and develop management teams across multiple locations

  • Attend and contribute to CPA, MDT, safeguarding, and governance meetings

  • Oversee budgets, resources, and performance targets

  • Support service marketing, recruitment, and digital engagement strategies



What We're Looking For

  • RMN or RNLD with active NMC registration

  • Significant experience supporting individuals with LD, Autism, and Mental Health conditions

  • Proactive, hands-on leadership style with clinical expertise and team development capability

  • Familiarity with PBS frameworks and trauma-informed care
