What you will do:

* Collaborate with multi-agency teams to ensure the safety and well-being of children.

* Conduct assessments and develop personalised safeguarding plans.

* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in line with statutory requirements.

* Support families and children through complex safeguarding processes.

* Attend and participate in case review meetings, demonstrating strong decision-making and problem-solving skills.

Please note: All Qualified Social Workers must have 5 years post-qualified experience to be considered. Any CVs submitted without the cover sheet will be rejected. Enhanced DBS with Barred List is required.
