Senior Care Assistant - Night Shifts (Residential Home, Northampton) | £14.51 per hour

We're seeking an experienced Senior Care Assistant to join our dedicated night team at a welcoming residential care home in Northampton. If you're a dependable professional with a proven track record in elderly care and team supervision, we want to hear from you.

This is a key leadership role during night hours, ensuring residents receive exceptional care, dignity, and comfort throughout the night.

Your Responsibilities:

As a Night Senior Care Assistant, you will:
? Deliver high-quality personal care and emotional support throughout the night
? Supervise and support night Care Assistants, ensuring smooth overnight operations
? Administer medication safely and in accordance with policies (training provided if needed)
? Monitor residents' wellbeing, responding quickly to changes and reporting to senior staff
? Maintain detailed records and handovers to ensure continuity of care
? Ensure the home remains safe, clean, and calm throughout the night

What We're Looking For:

• Experience in elderly care (essential)

• Previous leadership or senior care assistant experience (preferred)

• Medication Trained

• Ability to commit to full-time night shifts (8pm - 8am)

• NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health & Social Care (preferred but not essential)
