Registered Manager - Domiciliary Care
?? Based in Rotherham
?? £40,000 - £45,000 per annum (depending on experience)
?? Full-time | 40 hours per week

This role is with an award-winning home care provider committed to delivering high-quality, compassionate support to elderly individuals in their own homes. Their focus is on personalised care plans, meaningful relationships, and consistently high standards.

?? Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, supervise, and support a team delivering home care services
- Oversee recruitment processes, including interviews, DBS checks, and onboarding
- Manage training and induction, ensuring all staff meet required standards
- Monitor team performance, handle supervisions, and address disciplinary issues when necessary
- Ensure client needs are assessed and met through tailored care plans and regular reviews
- Promote client engagement and contribute to the branch's quality assurance efforts
- Maintain compliance with Health & Safety requirements in the branch and client homes
- Ensure rotas are managed effectively and care calls are delivered as scheduled
? What They're Looking For:
- Proven experience managing domiciliary care or a similar service
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Clean driving licence and access to your own vehicle
- Availability to work alternate weekends and be on call as needed
- A compassionate, proactive attitude and genuine commitment to high-quality care
