What you will do:

- Oversee urgent assessments for adults in need, ensuring service delivery meets legal requirements

- Support the achievement of key performance targets within the Adult Services framework

- Embed effective risk management and adult safeguarding practices into daily routines

- Maintain high professional standards within the team and support your colleagues

- Supervise and allocate work to staff, ensuring effective team operation

- Manage a small, complex caseload while overseeing the allocation process

As a Senior Social Worker, you'll bring over five years of experience within Adult Services, ideally having worked with court procedures. Your clear decision-making abilities and strong team ethics will make you a key asset to the team. With experience in supervising and supporting staff, your insights will guide and strengthen the team's capabilities.
