Opportunity Summary:

We are now recruiting for a Social Worker to join our multidisciplinary Therapy Service at Priory Hospital Roehampton. The successful candidate will work as the social worker on one of our CAMHS wards as part of the MDT to ensure the highest levels of patient care and optimal communication with parents/carers and the community teams.

Registered with Social Work England, you will be an experienced social worker with knowledge and experience in a similar mental health setting. Experience specifically within CAMHS inpatient treatment is desirable.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Lead Social Worker to progress the social work agenda at site and both will report into the Therapy Business Manager.

Both Social Workers share the additional responsibility of supporting the Safeguarding Lead for the hospital for the hospital, ensuring that best practice is adhered to in all services. This is an advisory role, to support clinicians and managers when making decisions about safeguarding concerns/practice.
