    Your Role

Every individual's needs are unique, and your role will reflect that. Whether you're accompanying a client to a medical appointment, assisting with daily routines, or providing direct care throughout the night, you'll be there to ensure that each client receives personalized support.

    Key responsibilities include:
    • Building meaningful connections with clients and their families
    • Providing physical care, including operation of medical equipment
    • Operating and maintaining Bipap machines
    • Assisting with suctioning
    • Supporting enteral feeding (Gastrostomy)
    • Administering medication via gastrostomy
    • Assisting with moving and handling
If you have patience, empathy, and a desire to support others, we'll equip you with the necessary training to meet each client's individual needs.

    Supporting You

At Sonderwell, we believe that great care goes beyond providing excellent service-it's about building strong, lasting relationships with our clients. If you have a caring nature and some relevant experience, we will offer:
    • Comprehensive training (both online and in-person)
    • The opportunity to study for an NVQ in a relevant field
    • Ongoing support from a Care Coordinator or Nurse Manager
    • Access to our Carer App for helpful insights and information
Whether you're working independently or as part of a team, we'll ensure you have all the tools and resources to thrive in this meaningful role.

    What We Offer You

We understand that each client has unique needs, and we offer flexible working options based on your availability-whether you're seeking full-time, part-time, or night shifts. As part of our growing benefits package, you'll also enjoy:
    • Access to our Employee Assistance Programme for additional well-being support
    • Opportunities for career growth and development
