* Engage in work with older adults, including those with mental infirmities or physical disabilities, to enhance their quality of life.

* Collaborate with team members and other professionals to deliver integrated, coordinated services.

* Build and maintain partnerships with various agencies, including statutory, voluntary, and community groups.

* Participate in the office duty system on a rotational basis.

* Utilise IT applications to input, record, and effectively communicate information.
