Key Responsibilities:

Oversee the daily operations of the care home with 49 beds

Ensure high standards of care are maintained

Manage and lead a team, fostering a positive and supportive environment

Maintain and enhance the CQC rating and ensure compliance with all regulations

Develop and implement strategies for continuous improvement and resident satisfaction

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

Minimum of 3 years’ management experience in a care home setting

Proven track record in leading teams and managing the operation of a care home

Strong understanding of CQC standards and regulatory requirements

Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

Passion for delivering high-quality care and improving the lives of residents
