Salary: £70,000 to £80,000 plus bonuses

About The Role:

We are seeking a dedicated and highly motivated Responsible Individual to oversee the operation of a children's home in accordance with relevant legislation, standards, and guidelines. This role requires a strong commitment to ensuring the highest levels of care and support for children/young people.

As the Responsible Individual, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining compliance, setting strategic objectives, and fostering a positive culture within the service. You will act as a key point of contact for regulatory bodies, ensuring the facility meets and exceeds all statutory requirements.

• Extensive experience working in a leadership role within children's residential care settings.

• Proven track record of managing regulatory compliance, particularly with Ofsted and the Children's Homes Regulations 2015.

• Strong understanding of safeguarding and child protection procedures.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.#
