Job Description
Job Title: Clinical Home Manager
Location: Liverpool
Salary: Up to £70,000 per annum
Contract Type: Full-Time, Permanent
About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and compassionate Clinical Home Manager to join a reputable care home in Liverpool. As the Clinical Home Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the clinical and operational aspects of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care are delivered to our residents. You will manage a team of dedicated healthcare professionals and ensure the home operates in line with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the day-to-day clinical operations of the care home.
Provide effective leadership and support to the clinical team (RGN, RMN, RNLD).
Oversee the care planning and delivery, ensuring residents receive person-centred care.
Manage the recruitment, training, and development of staff members.
Maintain compliance with all health and safety, CQC, and regulatory standards.
Foster a positive and supportive environment for residents, staff, and families.
Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including healthcare professionals and families.
Qualifications & Skills:
Valid NMC Registration as RGN, RMN, or RNLD.
Proven experience in a managerial or leadership role within a clinical care setting.
Excellent knowledge of CQC regulations and clinical best practices.
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
Ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
A compassionate, patient-focused approach to care.
