Job Description

Support Worker - Supported Living Homes

Location: Farnborough
Salary: £12.50 per hour
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available

About the Role:

As a Support Worker, you will be providing person-centered care and support to individuals living in supported living homes. Your role will involve helping them live as independently as possible, supporting with daily activities, promoting their wellbeing, and encouraging them to achieve their personal goals.



Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs.
  • Assisting with personal care, meal preparation, and household tasks.
  • Promoting independence and encouraging individuals to engage in their community.
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with the individuals you support.
  • Ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all individuals under your care.


Shifts:

  • Early shifts
  • Late shifts
  • Weekends
  • Bank holidays (increased pay)
