Project Manager - Temporary Accommodation

CPL Healthcare are delighted to announce their partnership with a reputable service who has been supporting people as they emerge from homelessness, since 1997. We are looking for a Project Manager to provide management and leadership in support in an emergency accommodation setting.

Successful candidates will have:

•                         A degree in Social Care/Social Science/Applied Social Studies or related discipline i.e. addiction, social work.

•                         A minimum of two years in a management role in housing and homeless sector or similar

•                         An understanding of the issues affecting people who are homeless.

•                         Knowledge around child protection issues, mental health issues and addiction.

•                         Commitment to the values and principles of Housing First and Trauma Informed Care

•                         Excellent interpersonal communication skills both verbal and written are essential.

•                         Must have own transport and full licence
