Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our care team. This is a rota-based position, offering 33 hours per week at a competitive pay rate of £12.59 per hour.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents, focusing on their comfort and well-being.
- Lead and support the care team during shifts.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate documentation.
- Assist with personal care and daily living activities.
- Promote a positive and respectful care environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a senior care role.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- Commitment to providing compassionate, resident-centered care.
