Unit Manager (Residential Care Home) - Near to Swaffham

Are you an experienced care home professional looking to take the next step in your career? Howard Finley Care are seeking a dedicated Unit Manager to lead a vibrant team within our clients residential care home in Swaffham.

Position Details:

• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum
• Contract Type: Full-time, Permanent
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM (overtime included)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the care and operations of a 30+-resident unit.
• Provide strong, supportive leadership to a team of care staff, ensuring high standards of care and compliance.
• Plan, implement, and review individualised care plans to meet residents' needs.
• Collaborate with families, health professionals, and the management team to maintain an exceptional level of service.

Requirements:

• Managerial experience within a care home environment is essential.
• Proven ability to manage and inspire a team effectively.
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (or higher) is mandatory.
• A compassionate approach, strong organisational skills, and a commitment to delivering quality care.
