Job Description

  • About The Role
  • We have a fantastic opportunity for a female dedicated and compassionate Personal Assistant Support Worker to join our team in Doncaster. In this role, you will be working flexible hours (15 hours a week) to assist our client into the community and in daily living by providing high-quality care and support, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. Our client is very social and likes to go out to concerts, cinema, dinners etc.
    • Working Hours:

      15 hours a week. Rota will be done on monthly basis, but hours/days are flexible depending on client's needs.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Delivering personalised care and support to our client with complex health conditions.
      • Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
      • Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
      • Providing emotional support and companionship.
      • Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
      • Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
      Requirements:
      • Experience in a similar role, preferably in learning disabilities and epilepsy.
      • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
      • Energetic, upbeat and empathetic nature.
      • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
      • Flexibility to work any shift weekdays.
      • Valid UK driver's license
