We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Manager to join our team and lead our care services with passion and professionalism.
As a Registered Manager, you will oversee the daily operations of our healthcare service, ensuring compliance with all regulatory standards and delivering excellent care. You will lead, inspire, and develop your team to ensure our service users receive the highest standards of support, maintaining a safe and effective environment that aligns with our values.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Management: Oversee the day-to-day running of the healthcare service, ensuring it operates smoothly and efficiently within CQC regulations and company policies.
Team Leadership: Inspire and manage a team of care professionals, fostering a positive work culture that promotes personal development and high-quality person focused care.
Quality Assurance: Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, policies, and procedures. Regularly audit and improve care services in line with best practices.
Client Care: Promote a person-focused approach, focusing on individual needs and preferences ensuring care plans are regularly reviewed to enhance the quality of life for our service users.
Risk Management: Identify and manage risks, maintaining a safe environment for both service users and staff.
Requirements:- Previous experience as a CQC Registered Manager in a complex homecare setting.
- A strong knowledge of CQC regulations and compliance requirements.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships.
- Willingness to travel for client visits.
- A highly competitive salary of £45,000 depending on skills and experience.
- Hybrid working arrangement with at least 3 days in the Wokingham office.
