About The Role
- About The Role
- We have a new opportunity for a Support Worker to join our client in Epsom, for waking night shifts - 2/3 Nights per week working 12 hour shifts. with potential to increase/have flexibility in shifts.
  
  Our client is a young individual who is non verbal with dystonia, is gastro fed but not during the night and has recently had a ceiling hoist fitted. He currently requires 2:1 care.
  
  Key Responsibilities:
  - Delivering personalised care routines
  - Assisting with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, mobility, and meal preparation.
  - Administering medication and monitoring health conditions.
  - Providing emotional support and companionship.
  - Maintaining accurate records of care provided and reporting any changes in clients' conditions.
  - Collaborating with healthcare professionals and family members to ensure comprehensive care.
  Requirements:
  - Female Carer
  - Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in complex care.
  - Relevant qualifications in health and social care.
  - Driver - Not essential for the night shifts
  - Urdu/Farsi speaker desirable
  - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  - Compassionate, patient, and empathetic nature.
  - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  - Flexibility to work the specified hours.
