Job Description

  • About The Role
  • Salary: £24,000 per annum + £20 per night on-call incentive

    Hours: Full-time (15 hours office-based, 22.5 hours field-based)

    Days of Work: Monday - Sunday

    Arrow Support, part of the Sonderwell Group, is seeking a Team Leader to lead and support a team of care workers in Plymouth. You will oversee services for adults with various needs, including learning and physical disabilities, mental health issues, and acquired brain injuries. You'll work both in the field and office, supporting service users to live independently while also managing daily operations.

    Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead a team of support workers
    • Deliver hands-on care, including personal care and medication management
    • Coordinate rotas and maintain records
    • Support individuals with household tasks, social activities, and behaviour development
    • Supervise and ensure compliance with care standards

    Requirements:
    • Previous care and support experience (team leadership experience preferred)
    • Full UK/EU driving license and own vehicle
    • Passion for supporting vulnerable adults
