Job Description

We are looking for a confident Support Worker with a passion for delivering outstanding care.

You'll be working 42 hours a week (you will be required to work a mixture of day shifts, night shifts and weekends) , making a positive difference to the lives of the people in our care at Cyget Views.

Cygnet Views is a 9 bed high dependency complex care service for women with learning disabilities, associated complex needs and who may have behaviours that challenge.

  • Offer enhanced care with a flexible learning approach for all the people in our care
  • Provide guidance & encouragement through physical & emotional support
